Welcome to City South’s online services In this part of the site you can pay your rent, check your rent statement or order a repair. We’re working to introduce more online services in the future. Keeping your rent account and personal details secure and confidential is very important to us. That’s why we’ve introduced a personalised online site that requires a user name and password before your account details can be accessed. Once you have filled in the online registration form a welcome letter will be sent to your home providing details of your user name and password along with who to contact if you have any difficulties. For your security, we will only send access details to the named tenant or leaseholder at the corresponding account address.
